Young Real Madrid defender Jesus Vallejo is set to join German club Eintracht Frankfurt on a season-long loan.
According to Marca, Madrid are keen for Vallejo to gain top-level experience and believe Frankfurt represent the best solution.
The 19-year-old began his career at Real Zaragoza but made the move to Madrid last summer, although he was sent back to the La Liga 2 side for 2015-16.
Injuries disrupted his campaign, however, as he spent two months out with a hamstring injury between January and March, before he returned to make just three more appearances.
Vallejo, who captained Spain Under-19s to European U19 Championship glory last year, would be reunited with former Madrid teammate Omar Mascarell at Frankfurt.
