Luis Nani has hinted that he will join Valencia once Portugal’s Euro 2016 campaign reaches its conclusion as La Liga “is an option”.
Valencia have reportedly agreed an €8.5m deal with Fenerbahce for Nani, who has been a virtual ever-present in Portugal’s run to the Euro 2016 semi-finals after Thursday’s penalty-shootout victory over Poland.
“I don’t want to talk about that yet,” the former Manchester United winger said after the game.
“Right now, I’m just thinking about the national team after we achieved our goal [of the semi-finals].
“When the tournament ends, I’ll weigh up all the possibilities. The Spanish League? It’s true that I haven’t played in it yet. It’s an option.”
