Manuel Pablo: Retire? Don’t know…

Veteran Manuel Pablo doesn’t know if he’s retiring this summer and complains of Deportivo La Coruna’s public rowing.

Manuel Pablo was part of the Deportivo side beaten on Saturday by Real Madrid and the 40-year-old is out of contract at Riazor, but insists he hasn’t made a decision on his future.

“I don’t know yet. We have to talk about it. I enjoy every game as if it’s my last,” he told reports, according to AS, before analysing Depor’s disastrous second half of the season.

“It hasn’t been good, on a sporting level or in the locker room. We haven’t been very clever in the last few weeks. We’ve done things very badly. The people don’t deserve this public war.

“We all have to be critical of ourselves. We can all be blamed for things. But to do it publically, that leaves a bad taste in my mouth and that of the fans.”
