Reports Cristiano Ronaldo met with the President of Paris Saint-Germain recently have been denied by the representatives of the Real Madrid forward.
It had been claimed in France Football that Ronaldo flew to Paris shortly after scoring a hat-trick to put Los Blancos in the Champions League semi-finals, met with Nasser Al-Khelaifi, and then returned to Spain, but Jorge Mendes says that’s not the case.
Mundo Deportivo reports being told by Mendes that there was no meeting, while other reports say Ronaldo was in Paris but Al-Khelaifi was not.
It’s said that Ronaldo, Florentino Perez and Madrid in general currently have a good relationship and the club are looking to extend the player’s contract, so he has no reason to talk to the Ligue 1 champions.
Perez and Madrid have also been told by the Ronaldo camp that no such meeting took place.
