Fabio Coentrao believes Zinedine Zidane is the Coach who Real Madrid “really needed”, amidst speculation he could cut his Monaco loan short.
Madrid’s FIFA-imposed transfer ban has paved the way for speculation that the club could recall Coentrao before the end of the month, with the 28-year-old’s contract not expiring for another three years and Marcelo being Los Blancos’ only recognised left-back.
“Zidane knows the club,” he was quoted as saying by Marca.
“He’s the Coach who Real Madrid really needed.”
Zidane said of Coentrao at a recent Press conference: “I have a good feeling with Coentrao.
“I know what he’s like as a player, but I’m happy with the team.”
