Barcelona have announced that Cristian Tello has left Porto to join Fiorentina on loan for the rest of the season.
The 24-year-old has no future at Camp Nou and now heads to the Serie A high-fliers, who can purchase him for €8m in the summer.
“FC Barcelona and ACF Fiorentina have reached an agreement for the loan of Cristian Tello until 30 June 2016, once his current loan agreement until the end of the season with FC Porto is rescinded,” read a statement on Barca’s official website.
“With this new loan, ACF Fiorentina will take over the conditions of the agreement between FC Barcelona and FC Porto.”
Tello leaves Porto with 10 goals in 57 appearances, with the majority of both coming last season.
