Schalke boss Andre Breitenreiter has advised Leroy Sane to make a quick decision on whether he wants to join Barcelona and Real Madrid.
The German starlet has been heavily linked with both clubs in recent weeks, Los Blancos more so due to their transfer ban for the next two windows, and his Coach feels the time has come for him to choose one or the other.
“When I was a footballer, I also dreamed of playing for Barcelona or Real Madrid, so naturally you wonder how many times you’ll get the opportunity to do so,” he told reporters via Marca.
“Leroy Sane must now decide if [a move to either club] is right for him and if he is interested in accepting a possible offer from Barcelona or Madrid.
“Leroy’s in good hands if he decides to stay at Schalke, where he can grow and then join one of the two or three leading clubs in the world and measure himself against the best players in the world.
“I think he still needs to become more mature.”
