Javier Mascherano is out of the Barcelona squad to play Roma in the Champions League due to injury.
The Catalans confirm a bruised thigh from El Clasico has forced the Argentine’s absence, joining Rafinha and Douglas on the injured list.
Sergi Samper has been added to Luis Enrique’s squad as a result, while third-choice goalkeeper Jordi Masip and young forward Sandro Ramirez are both left out.
