Barcelona reportedly have a little more than two weeks to make a decision over the potential signing of Paris Saint-Germain forward Ezequiel Lavezzi.
Sport reports Barca lead the way for the Argentine, who is out of contract in the summer, but there is also interest from Juventus and Inter.
A fee of €5m would be needed to sign Lavezzi in January and Lavezzi is said to be open to the move and willing to act as support for Barca’s usual front three of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar.
Luis Enrique is aware of the situation but hasn’t made a decision on adding Lavezzi to his squad as his first choice has always been Celta Vigo’s Nolito.
It’s a more straightforward operation to get Lavezzi, however, but Barca have only 15 days to decide. They’re Lavezzi’s first choice, and he is keen to join a successful club and his international teammates Messi and Javier Mascherano.
