Bruma: La Real with Moyes

Real Sociedad winger Bruma insists David Moyes has the support of the players, while he strives to regain a place in the side.

Bruma signed on loan from Galatasaray for this season and began as part of Moyes’ starting XI but has dropped out of the selection for recent matches.

“I’m fine, thank God. No injuries, I’m working to help and to find my place, and I work hard,” the Portuguese said, speaking in Spanish, AS reports.

“All the players here want to start, not just me, but it’s not up to us, the Coach decides. Now I have to work and convince the Coach to play the next game as a starter.

“I can play both sides, left and right, so for me there isn’t much difference. I can play either flank.

“What happened to stop being a starter? Nothing happened. I went to the national team and when I returned, it was the decision of the Coach. I’ll always support the team. I want what’s best for the team, nothing more.

“I think I can give a lot more here, so I have a clear head and I wait for my opportunity. That’s my goal and that’s what I hope for.”

Bruma added that despite falling out of favour, he and the entire squad are supporting for Everton and Manchester United manager Moyes, who had come under pressure.

“We’re with the Coach. We have a good Coach, we’re clear on that, and so I will support and help in the good times and bad,” he insisted.

“We have to know how to deal with everything. I want the team to win and everyone to be happy, so what’s what we’re working for.”
