Roberto Carlos has named Barcelona forward Neymar as the best player in the world, not Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi.
Former Madrid left-back Carlos was speaking at an event promoting La Liga and added the Brazil international is more effective for club than country.
“People always talk about the same players but for me the best is Neymar,” AS quotes Carlos as saying.
“I think Neymar for Barcelona does more than for Brazil, because he is part of a team. Brazil is building a team for the Copa America.”
