Ariedo Braida has rubbished “crazy” speculation that he was about to leave his role of international sporting director with Barcelona.
Todomercatoweb.es reported on Monday that the Italian had fallen out with La Blaugrana's board and was closing in on a return to Milan, but he promptly shot down the rumour mill by assuring he would see out the remainder of his contract at Camp Nou.
“Everything that's been reported is crazy,” he told Sport.
“I'm happy at Barcelona and I have a contract until June 30, 2016.”
