Dani Parejo insists Valencia will attack Monaco when they rematch in the Principality following Wednesday's 3-1 win in the Champions League playoffs.
Los Che were tied at a goal apiece with the French club until the captain emerged with the all-important goal on the hour mark to put his side back ahead, a lead which was strengthened by Sofiane Feghouli in the dying stages.
“It's a good result, the only downside is that we conceded a goal,” he told UEFA's official website after the game.
“But we have won 3-1 and we played well. We're now going to Monaco to win, not just to qualify, because we don't know how to play any other way.
“This is the Champions League, the best club competition around, and everyone wants to be in it.”
