Casemiro wants to play a crucial role for Real Madrid after returning for Porto, despite the club signing Mateo Kovacic.
Kovacic, though a more attack-minded player, is further competition for places but Casemiro says he is pleased with the Croatian’s arrival from Inter.
“He’s another player to help. I’m happy with it,” he said, Marca reports.
“I’m back here to be important, to help Madrid and I’m available to the Coach, to go out like a bull and fight to help the team.”
