Levante have signed former Cordoba attacker Nabil Ghilas on a season-long loan from Porto, with the view to a permanent move next summer.
The Algeria international, 25, touched down in Levante on Thursday night, before agreeing personal terms a day later.
Although a medical has not yet been performed, it is expected to be a formality, given his positive fitness record.
Ghilas, who can play anywhere up top, scored seven goals in 27 appearances for Cordoba last season but could not stop the side from returning to La Segunda at the first time of asking.
His best season came in 2012-13, when he scored 16 goals for Portuguese outfit Moreirense, while he helped Algeria reach the second round of the 2014 World Cup.
