PSV starlet Zakaria Bakkali will undergo a medical on Monday ahead of completing his free transfer to Valencia, according to Marca.
The attacking midfielder, 19, reportedly landed in Valencia on Sunday and could be confirmed by Los Che imminently.
Bakkali burst onto the scene in 2013-14 when he became the Eredivisie’s youngest player to score a hat-trick, aged just 17 years and 196 days.
However, he rarely featured last season as he was frozen out by PSV management for his refusal to sign a contract extension.
Atletico Madrid were close to signing the Belgian last summer, while Sevilla have also been credited with an interest.
Valencia have been busy in the transfer market, signing the likes of Rodrigo Moreno and Santi Mina in recent weeks.
