Sevilla would prefer Martin Montoya in exchange for Barcelona recalling Denis Suarez a year early, with Douglas their second choice.
It had been reported that Douglas would be offered to Los Rojiblancos in exchange for La Blaugrana ending Suarez’s two-year loan spell after only 12 months.
Marca reports however that Sevilla would rather have Montoya, and Douglas is their second choice, although they would still be open to the Brazilian’s arrival.
Barca, having re-signed Dani Alves and bought Aleix Vidal from Sevilla, are looking to offload both Montoya and Douglas, Marca add.
Montoya, who has been linked to Liverpool, is valued by Barca at €12m.
