Manchester City are willing to do whatever it takes to stop Sergio Aguero quitting the Premier League for Real Madrid, reports in Spain say.
AS claims the City owners are ready to put a blank cheque in front of the Argentine in an effort to prevent him returning to Spain.
Aguero, who previously represented Atletico Madrid before heading to England, is thought to be a player wanted by Florentino Perez in an effort to turn Los Blancos into a trophy-winning team after a dry season.
But City owner Sheikh Mansour will pay Aguero whatever he asks in return for his commitment to the club as Madrid look to add Aguero to the likely signing of Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea.
