Jose Antonio Reyes wants Sevilla to make history and win a fourth Europa League when they meet Dnipro on Wednesday night.
No team has won the trophy four times and Sevilla go into the game against the Ukrainians as holders, with this year’s winners rewarded with a Champions League place.
“Sevilla can do something no team has achieved in history,” Reyes said, Marca reports.
“It’s a very nice goal for us all. Hopefully we have the good fortune to give joy to the fans.
“Unai Emery has given us a lot of videos on Dnipro. The work of the Coach transmits to the team and that’s what has brought us here today.
“I’m thinking of the effort made throughout the year, the injured player who can’t play and Antonio Puerta, who is always with us.
“I want to stay at Sevilla but you never know what can happen. What happens in the final is most important. Right now, my contract isn’t important.”
