Franco on ‘most important game’

Pablo Franco has described Getafe’s visit of Levante in La Liga on Saturday as their “most important match of the season”.

El Geta head into the Week 33 clash eight points clear of the relegation places, but the Coach is still refusing to consider his side safe from the trapdoor until it is mathematically certain.

“This is the most important game of the season, so we’re going all out to win. We didn’t see out the result [in our previous meeting, a 1-1 draw],” he told Getafe’s official website.

“We always go out to win, especially when we’re at home. We’re focused on finding solutions and we’ve tried out new things [in training].

“[Levante] are a team who are getting better each week, with ever clearer ideas.

“They seem to have many bad moments during a match but suddenly come good and are able to take their chances.”
