Paris Saint-Germain boss Laurent Blanc has hinted that his side are still considering signing Barcelona right-back Dani Alves.
The Brazilian, who is suspended for the Champions League quarter-final against Blanc’s side on Wednesday night, had been linked with a move to the Ligue 1 outfit before their interest cooled.
“There hasn’t been any concrete offer for Dani Alves because he is still a Barcelona player and it wouldn’t be the best moment to contact him,” the Frenchman told reporters.
“He has a commitment with Barca and we are not in the transfer window until the end of the season.
“He won’t be there on Wednesday but he’s still one of the best right-backs in the world.”
