Guardiola to take in CL games

Pep Guardiola is aiming to take advantage of some time off by visiting both Madrid and Barcelona this week.

The Bayern Munich boss is checking out any potential Champions League quarter-final opponents and plans to attend the Atletico Madrid-Bayer Leverkusen clash at the Vicente Calderon on Tuesday, while the following day he will take in former club Barcelona’s clash with Manchester City.

The 44-year-old intends to watch the game at the Camp Nou – he still holds a season ticket there – with other family members and does reportedly does not wish to see the match from the VIP section.
