Valencia: Barragan stays, Zuculini goes

Bruno Zuculini has terminated his loan arrangement with Valencia, while Antonio Barragan has renewed his contract until 2017.

The Argentine midfielder, 21, had barely featured under Nuno Santo and, as expected, he returns to parent club Manchester City.

However, he could yet return to La Liga with Cordoba, although FIFA rules stipulate that a player can only play for two clubs over a season.

Zuculini sole appearance for the English champions came in the Community Shield at the start of the campaign, but that may be counted as part of the previous term.

Meanwhile, Barragan will continue with Valencia for two more seasons, according to AS.

The former Liverpool and Deportivo La Coruna defender would have been out of contract in the summer, but the newspaper claims a verbal agreement has been reached between both parties.
