Isco ‘feeling confident’ for 2015

Real Madrid midfielder Isco insists he feels confident heading into 2015 despite a heavy fixture load in January.

Los Blancos could play eight games in just over four weeks but speaking in Dubai, where he is preparing for Tuesday’s friendly with Milan for the Dubai Cup, the former Malaga man said he trusts his team to come through what could be a testing month.

“This is the first time I’ve been to Dubai and I don’t know very much about the place,” Isco told a Press conference.

“I’ve no need to talk about Milan because we all know about their great history, but we hope to enjoy this game and continue the good run we had towards the end of this year

“We know we are in for a difficult month and January’s fixture list looks very tough, but we have faith we can carry on our winning streak in 2015.”

Isco revealed that he was proud the Madrid shirt now sports the FIFA Club World Cup insignia after overcoming San Lorenzo 2-0 in the final 10 days ago.

“It’s a thrill for me to wear it as it’s recognition for all the hard work it took to win it. We will wear it with pride,” he added.
