Andres Iniesta said he felt good on his return to competitive action in Barcelona’s 4-0 first-leg Copa del Rey defeat of Huesca.
The Spain international, who has been out for over a month since injuring his right leg against Real Madrid, completed 90 minutes against the Segunda B side and managed to chip in with his side’s second goal.
“It’s never easy after so long out but the feelings are good,” Iniesta told TV3 immediately after the game.
“In the end injuries are what they are and they tell you how long you are going to be sidelined.
“I’m very happy with tonight and I’m relaxed about things. It was good to return.
“Everyone is eager to play and do well,” he added.
