Zinidine Zidane will continue as Coach of Real Madrid Castilla for now after an injunction against his three-month ban was obtained.
AS reports that Madrid, having failed in an appeal to get the punishment overturned, have succeeded in taking the case to the Sport Administrative Court, who have ruled Zidane should remain on the bench while the case is concluded.
Zidane and Santiago Sanchez, his assistant at the Segunda B side, were both banned for three months – the former for holding a position without the required licence and the latter for letting his license be used to shield Zidane.
The case is not settled as the Court will rule on the matter, but Zidane will be able to take the side in Saturday’s game against Rayo Vallecano B.
