Silvio Berlusconi has claimed Real Madrid Coach Carlo Ancelotti gave his approval to the signings made this summer by Milan.
AS cites an interview with the Milan President in Gazzetta dello Sport in which Berlusconi revealed Ancelotti approved of the signings of Alex, Jeremy Menez and Diego Lopez, who left Madrid for the Rossoneri.
“Ancelotti has been close to [Milan chief executive Adriano] Galliani and gave us approval for Alex, Lopez and Menez,” Berlusconi said.
Ancelotti spent eight years as Milan Coach, having played for the club for five years, winning the Champions League twice with the club.
