Atletico Madrid sporting director Jose Caminero has said the club are done signing strikers after the capture of Raul Jimenez.
The Mexico international has joined the champions from Club America and Caminero told AS that Atletico won’t make any more additions in the forward department now they have Jimenez.
“He is a player with great potential and completes our offensive line,” Caminero said.
“He has a great desire to succeed with this leap to European football and his enthusiasm will help him to adapt quickly to our League.
“He’s strong in the air, holds the ball up well for the arrival of his teammates and has a powerful shot.
“[Jimenez] gives us very interesting alternatives to meet our goals this season.”
