Marca has listed the reasons Real Madrid are convinced that Colombia forward James Rodriguez is a player for them.
It’s said that the Monaco playmaker has passed the ‘Galactico test’ and Madrid are expected to make a big effort for his signature.
Among the reasons put forward for Madrid’s interest in signing James are his ability to score spectacular goals, that he is considered to be a leader and that the signing would give Madrid a boost in the Colombian market and aide Madrid’s image as a global power.
Madrid are also said to be attracted by James’ lack of controversy, as a family man who is never in the media for the wrong reasons, that he provides Coach Carlo Ancelotti with a number of alternatives for the team, and that he is young, at 22, but reasonably experienced.
