And Marca report that the striker was seen in obvious discomfort as the national team arrived at their Teresopolis training base late on Monday.
The 22-year-old has pain in his left thigh and right knee, and is unlikely to do any proper training at all this week.
Neymar though, is expected to line up against Colombia in Fortaleza on Friday evening.
