Belgium boss Marc Wilmots has confirmed that Thibaut Courtois will go back to Chelsea this summer.
The shot-stopper has been on loan at Atletico Madrid for the last three seasons, playing a huge part in their Liga title win last time out.
The 21-year-old has remained coy on what his future will be, but the national team Coach has been caught in conversation with Gerard Houllier confirming where Courtois will be in 2014/15.
“He will return to Chelsea, yes,” RTBF caught Wilmots saying.
Houllier then asked: “And [current Blues number one Petr] Cech? What’s going to happen to him? Are they going to sell him?” Wilmots responded: “Yes, it’s possible.”
