The playmaker has been in north London since 2012 following a move from Malaga, but reiterated his desire to go back to La Liga.
Diego Simeone’s side look likely to have their forward line decimated this summer, with David Villa already leaving and Diego Costa set for Chelsea.
As such, the champions are in the market for an attacker, and would be interested in signing Cazorla.
