Nacho is expected to stay at Real Madrid as the young defender is highly-valued by Coach Carlo Ancelotti.
Marca reports that Ancelotti looks upon Nacho as a player he can rely on to fill any gap in the defence, at right-back, left-back or in the centre.
The cantera product only featured sporadically last season but Madrid are said to feel he never once let the team down and won’t consider letting him leave the club this summer.
He made 13 starts in 2013-14 for Los Blancos and a further six substitute appearances, and has been assured by Ancelotti that he has a place in the squad for next year.
The only way Madrid would countenance selling Nacho would be if a buying club made a substantial bid but short of that, he will remain in Ancelotti’s squad.
