New Barcelona Coach Luis Enrique has thanked former side Celta Vigo for his time at the club.
The tactician will today be present at a Press conference to officially confirm his appointment as boss of the Catalan giants.
The 44-year-old took over at Celta last summer and, in his only season in charge, led them to a highly credible ninth place finish in La Liga.
Last night, the former Barca player took to Twitter to place on record his gratitude to the players and fans of the Balaidos outfit.
“Thank you to the club from all my heart,” Enrique wrote on his official profile. “Players, employees and fans for the affection I received during this unforgettable year.”
