Colombia include Bacca, Sanchez

Colombia Coach Jose Pekerman has named Sevilla’s Carlos Bacca and Elche’s Carlos Sanchez in his provisional 30-man World Cup squad.

The duo are the only two players based in La Liga present in a squad tipped by many as dark horses for the tournament in Brazil.

Former Atletico Madrid star Radamel Falcao is also included as he continues his race against the clock to be fit in time, having suffered cruciate knee ligament damage in January.

Colombia will play at their first World Cup finals since France 1998 and have been drawn in Group C alongside Greece, Ivory Coast and Japan.
