Real Madrid will approach Milan for full-back Mattia De Sciglio, reports in Italy have said.
Tuttosport claim Los Blancos will offer €18m for the 21-year-old, who appeared for Italy against Spain in the recent friendly between the sides.
De Sciglio would act as a replacement for Fabio Coentrao, who is still widely expected to leave Santiago Bernabeu at the end of the season.
Milan are currently out of the Champions League reckoning in Serie A and were eliminated from this year’s competition by Atletico Madrid.
Carlo Ancelotti could then tempt his former club into cashing in on the player, who has made nine appearances for the Azzurri.
