Villarreal Coach Marcelino had no complaints after his side were beaten 2-0 by Granada.
Speaking to reporters, Marcelino admitted Granada bettered his side in a number of key qualities.
“We’ve had a bad game and they’ve had a good game,” he told reporters.
“The win is completely fair for Granada. They were superior to us in intensity, intention, rhythm, chances and the result.
“After losing, in hindsight, I could change a lot of things. The game was the sum of many details.
“We didn’t show the same sense of urgency as Granada and that’s what hurts me.
“We’re in the last third of the season now and it’s difficult to beat the teams who are in danger if you don’t match their intensity and enthusiasm.”
