Espanyol defender Hector Moreno has welcomed reports of interest from Serie A clubs Inter and Milan.
The Mexico international however insisted there is as yet nothing to the rumours, but suggested he would be open to leaving Cornella-El Prat this summer.
“I simply appreciate [reports of interest from Italy,” Sport reports Moreno as saying.
“I’ve not heard anything more about it, just read that there’s interest, but it would be very hard to say no.”
Moreno added that he would continue to give his all for Espanyol regardless of his future.
“I’m committed to keep working but I’m ready in case there is something,” he continued.
“But I’ll give my best for Espanyol.”
