Barcelona have made an offer for Dinamo Zagreb’s Alen Halilovic, the Croatian club’s president has claimed.
Marca reports comments made in the Croatian Press by Zdravko Mamic, who has said Barca’s approach was rejected by both the club and the player.
“The offer was not accepted because neither Dinamo, Halilovic or his family are completely satisfied with the conditions,” Mamic told a Croatian publication.
“Yet the story does not stop there. Barcelona are pressing for the transfer.”
Mamic added that he expects Barca to send a delegation to Zagreb to discuss the transfer, but didn’t have a date for when the representatives would arrive.
He also revealed that he would prefer Halilovic, a 17-year-old forward, stay at Dinamo for the next three years.
