Sergio Ramos has hit out at referees, insisting it is ‘easy’ to book him after he picked up his eighth domestic yellow card of the season.
The defender was booked during Real Madrid’s 2-0 win over Granada on Saturday, but the Spain international has insisted that he will appeal, as he feels he is being unfairly targeted by officials.
“There’s not much to say because it will be appealed,” he told reporters after the game.
“The referee accepted I didn’t touch him [Granada player Nyom], so it will be appealed and I’m sure they’ll rescind it.
“I don’t know what I need to do, it feels like it’s so easy to show cards to Sergio Ramos.”
Ramos then commented on Coach Carlo Ancelotti.
“He’s a great Coach and a great person. We’re delighted with him.”
