Prospective Valencia owner Peter Lim will be at Vicente Calderon to see the Copa del Rey fixture with Atletico Madrid.
Lim could become the new owner of Los Che by Wednesday with Valencia Bank due to decide who will be the successful bidder, with Lim looking for 70% of the club.
Mundo Deportivo reports the Singaporean businessman will spend in the region of €300m on the club, which includes a significant fund for transfers.
Lim will be in the executive box to see Valencia play Atletico, with the score standing at 1-1 from the first-leg.
He was previously linked with an investment in Atleti, but the discussions came to naught.
