Martino undecided on midfield

Cesc Fabregas, Xavi Hernandez and Andres Iniesta appear to be vying for two starting spots for Barcelona against Milan tonight.

Speculation in the Spanish Press is split between which two from this trio will make the Catalans’ midfield for Wednesday’s Champions League Group H meeting with the Rossoneri. AS, Marca and Mundo Deportivo are all running different combinations alongside Sergio Busquets.

Adriano and Gerard Pique, who have both shrugged off fitness doubts to make the 20-man matchday squad, are seen as likely to start also, whilst attack will see Alexis Sanchez starting alongside Neymar and Lionel Messi.

Meanwhile, Milan are speculated as running with a four-man midfield and Ricky Kaka playing in behind Mario Balotelli up front.

Probable line-ups

Barcelona: Valdes; Alves, Pique, Mascherano, Adriano; Xavi, Busquets, Iniesta; Alexis, Messi, Neymar

Milan: Abbiati; Abate, Mexes, Zapata, Constant; Poli, Montolivo, De Jong, Muntari; Kaka; Balotelli
