Djukic wary of ‘tough’ St Gallen

Miroslav Djukic is expecting a tough match tomorrow when Valencia travel to Switzerland to face St. Gallen.

Los Che play the Swiss team on Thursday in the Europa League, looking for the three points that could take them above Swansea and into first place  in the group.

“We’re coming here expecting a tough game,” he told a Press conference. “We know that St Gallen played a good match against Swansea, so we’re expecting a difficult encounter.

“We will play the best 11 for this game. I’ll pick those who are going to fight, and fight for the three points.

“We played a good game at the weekend. We were aggressive, and that’s what I want to see here.”

Djukic was then asked to comment on the dismissal of sporting director Braulio Vazquez this week.

“That’s a matter for the board. We all wish him the best with his next step. I had a good relationship with him – we were in contact every day.”
