Miroslav Djukic has conceded that it was a ‘tough day’ for Valencia as they went down to Villarreal 4-1 on Sunday.
Los Che were well beaten by the promoted side at El Madrigal this evening, and the Coach has admitted that they were second best throughout.
“We’ve gone very wrong here,” he told a Press conference. “It’s been a tough day for everyone.
“We walked on to the pitch with too much respect for them and that showed in the goals they scored.
“They won every challenge, in every area of the pitch.
“We have to reflect on what’s gone wrong here and try to get better.
“We’ve had a lot of ups and downs this season, but we’ll get there.”
