‘International break has helped’

Jagoba Arrasate has insisted that Real Sociedad have worked well over the international break ahead of their game with Valencia.

La Real have struggled at home and in Europe so far this term, and currently sit in 15th place on just seven points.

The Coach though, is confident that his men are ready for the challenge of going to Mestalla.

“I think the international break has helped us see what might have gone wrong,” he told a Press conference.

“And I think we’re better because of it. We earned our praise last season, but in football, things move quickly.

“We cannot live in the past. We need to get a win as soon as possible to get that feeling again. It’s going to be difficult at Mestalla, but we won well there last year.

“Valencia have some good players. Djukic has given this team balance. They are not quite as attacking as they were last season, but they are conceding less.

“We don’t feel inferior to them though, We’re going there to win.”
