Rami set for Milan loan?

Milan are reportedly on the verge of agreeing a deal to pick up Adil Rami from Valencia on loan until the end of the season.

Los Che are seen as keen to send the Frenchman out for the remainder of the season on from sanctioning him for hitting out at teammates and Coach Miroslav Djukic two weeks ago.

Whilst the likes of Napoli and Roma have been strongly linked with a possible move come January, AS believe that Milan have stolen a march in negotiations.

The Madrid-based publication suggest that the Rossoneri are close to agreeing terms to take the defender on loan from January to the end of the season.

The Italians will apparently agree now to a set fee to make the deal permanent come next summer.

Whilst they will also take on Rami’s full wages from the start of January, when they can register him in the winter transfer window, it is understood that the 27-year-old ‘will leave Valencia immediately’.

Superdeporte suggest that Rubin Kazan are also interested in the player, whose contract expires in June 2015.
