Morales suffers hamstring injury

Pedro Morales has been confirmed as having suffered a hamstring strain, but it is unlikely to rule him out of Malaga’s next match.

The Chilean suffered the injury against Sevilla last weekend and, after tests carried out this week, has been reported by the Costa del Sol outfit has having suffered a grade I strain.

The injury to the hamstring muscle in his right leg is expected to only sideline the 28-year-old for a few days, with it seen that he will be back in contention for selection for Malaga’s next League fixture, Week 4’s home tie with Rayo Vallecano.
