Villarreal President Fernando Roig has hit out at Liga kick-off times, but has admitted he is pleased with the club’s start to the season.
The Yellow Submarine has won their first two League games since regaining their place in Primera Division.
But the team’s chief has claimed that late kick-offs and unfair television money distribution could undo that work.
“All the fans and all the teams make a sacrifice to accept the schedule, “he told reporters. “And we would accept it if the money was distributed equally.
“But our sacrifice ourselves for these times and the money is fairly given out, then that is not right.
“Everyone at the club is very happy with our return to the League though. These two games have been great.”
