Willy Caballero praised Malaga’s performance against Barcelona, but urged that the team start picking up points now.
The Costa del Sol outfit have begun the season with two consecutive 1-0 defeats, following up last Saturday’s reverse at Mestalla with a loss at home to Barca this Sunday evening.
For their goalkeeper, the performances were good, but now need to be followed up.
“We played as well or even better than we did against Valencia, but we lost,” reflected Caballero.
“We continue to present a good image of ourselves, but we need to pick up points now.
“We lacked that luck which they had. We knew it would be a tough match physically and it was a shame.
“The goal? You can always do more when you concede, but there’s no remedy.”
