Atletico Madrid’s Arda Turan has reportedly told Galatasaray President Unal Aysal of his desire to return to the Turkish side this summer.
The creative midfielder has been linked through the summer with a possible move away from the Vicente Calderon, with former team Gala said to be in contention alongside interest from the Premier League.
Now it is claimed by the Turkish side’s President that the player has made clear to him his intentions.
“I have spoken with Arda and he said that he wants to return,” Aysal is quoted by Turkish daily Fanatik today.
“He is doing his best to do so.”
